I have been using Paypal for some time for Ebay auctions. And when paypal international came around i was happy....but man i have been having trouble and from the messages boards so are other. Has anyone been able to get there account to work internationally for ebay usage

A lot of Americans are still trying to get their accounts to work in the US. Does Canada really need our problems?
