PSI.NET has admitted to knowingly accepting $27,000 from a spammer and allowing the spammer to send out millions of "targeted advertising" each week, forcing the rest of the net to subsidize the spamvertising.
Some ISPs are already filtering out PSI because of the incessant spamming from their customer cajunnet and their lack of action against them. This nerwly revealed "pink contract" kinda nails the doors shut.
If you are getting connectivity directly from PSI.NET or if ISP is a reseller for PSI.NET, this could have some serious consequences for your ability to send email to the rest of the net. Make alternate plans NOW, like getting a web-based email account or a different ISP with a good reputation.
And ask your ISP to pressure PSI.NET to clean up their act, and stop writing contracts that are not in compliance with their public anti-spam policies.

Good information abacaxi. I know that in my state, PSI has bought up a number of the small local ISPs is the past year. Yet many of their customers are not even aware of it.
