Just started this morning. We had trouble viewing our auctions, both open and closed, via Netscape. We keep getting a window that says "Error 403". These are all auctions that were launched before the now infamous AW Payments Option box was started.
At first we thought it was a problem viewing auctions from the Auction Manager window. But we still get the error even trying to view auctions from our ebay account or just doing a search. Then we thought it was just our auctions. But we still get the error view other people's auctions, even those in vastly different categories from ours. Then we thought it might be something with Netscape so we tried IE. The auctions opened but no graphics, picture etc. loaded.
Has anyone else noticed this today? Can someone please check their auctions and confirm this?

Thank you for this thread! I wondered what the heck was going on...thought it was my provider. Anyway, it's fixed now. Heaven knows for how long, though...
