I realize it doesn't have much to do with eBay, except when a BIG e-tailer like Pets.com decides to call it quits - it makes you wonder if the 'glory days' are over.

This is so sad. Their commercials are the best and I bought a Sock Puppet last summer and he's so cool. I do understand they are going to try to sell off the Sock Puppet business so maybe someone will continue with it. I understand they have one now that talks.
