I can't access billpoint because I can't remember my password. I want to quit using paypal, but need an alternative. I put my bank account number and my secret question in, and it says doesn't match. I'm dyslexic, and I'm thinking I may have accidently typed numbers in incorrectly when typing in my bank account. Is there anything I can do?

I did the same thing and wrote a letter to Billpoint customer service. I got a very nice personal letter in less than a day with instructions on how to access my account.

I don't have my bank account number memorized and I had to look at it when I typed it in. I could have easily typed
123456798 when I should have typed
123456789 because I may have read it as ...798 Problem was NOT in the typing, but in the reading.
I'll try contacting support. I wondered if there was anything I could do short of that. I never seem to have much help from support from any company.
