Have been using ebay for 2 years with 2000+ feedbacks.......received a notification last week that 2 of our auctions were cancelled because they were considered they should be in the "adult" catagory........we responded via email to ebay with an apology and oversight on our part...........yesterday was hit with a suspension from ebay for no less than 30 days.........has anyone else had this type of problem and what does one do when apparently ebay doesn't give out a phone # for customer service and all emails to them will get us only automated responses from ebay?..........Thanks for any and all help ...

Welcome to the eBay Drone-Bot Response Club!
Depending on 'who' responded from eBay (ie where they fit into the eBay AlphaDrone-Bot List), you can expect to see at least 25 more of those useless responses assuming you're willing to keep answering them.
Unfortunately, eBay will make you wait the 30 days before re-instating you. At that time, you will have to contact them - they don't automatically un-NARU you. Then, they will respond to your request for reinstatement with an email, wherein they will quote every nasty thing you have ever said to them, followed by a suggestion that you get down on your knees, face west, and solemly promise to obey them forever and forever.
Also unfortunately, you didn't tell us why you were 'really' suspended

And the sad part is, that in order for eBay to have pulled your auctions, some weenie would have had to report your auctions to safe harbor.

Glenda>No, we didn't relist, we received the notification on Saturday that we were under review, we responded on Monday morning and were suspended Wednesday evening.

jlennon, someone must have reported you to Safe Harbor. I had that happen to me before but I contested & after review it turned out I was right.
Your chances are slim. eBay has no respect for the number of feedbacks you have. eBay protects are all the little weenies who like to report.
Shoshanah, quit the high & mighty attitude. Someone like him might list several hundred auctions a week & mistakes do happen. Yeah I know you never make a mistake right but some of us are known to make mistakes...yeah its unintentional & what can we do...we are not as perfect as you are.
jlennon came in here looking for help & tho' I have never bought from him or know him or her or it...don't rub it in for pete's sake.
