Auction went off on ebay 10/29--high bidder was contacted--no response after 3 days--finally answered after contacted by ebay. Email said he would send money order 11/2 because "he didn't have the time now". Still haven't received payment & he won't answer my emails. What should I do--email again & tell him I will not sell or still wait it out? Thanks

File the NPB alert with e bay, that will usually get their attention, unless they had no plans to pay in the beginning

Something about your time line doesn't make sense. You filed an NPB on the guy 3 days after the auction because he hadn't responded?

I'm sorry--my mistake--I did NOT file NPB--I just told him I would if he did not respond to email when 10 days were up.That's when he replied & said payment was mailed 11/2--still haven't received it....still won't answer email--would like to give him benefit of doubt, but just how long should I wait for payment since it was stated in my TOS that it was due within 10 days of auction close.
