I've had a bad enough time with deadbeats this month. Now I see one on the horizon as apossible winner and I don't want him to bid.I just pulled upthe feedback and there were 8 negs., deadbeat bidding. I went over to see how to cancel somebody's bid. Ebay appears to have changed their policy. Can someone who you don't want to sell to bid on an item, and you are NOT allowed to cancel their bid? I don't have time to screw around with another deadbeat. Ebay is making it too easy, again for deadbeats to get off the hook and pull their stunts again and again. This guy should have been NARU'd by now,but it looks like he's playing the appeal route.
Any ideas? hopping mad about deadbeat bidders!

I think you're misreading the "cancel bids" page. The reasons shown are "a few examples," not the ONLY "good reasons" for bid cancellation.
Cancel this jerk's bid and email him with cc to SH, noting that you don't want him to bid anymore because he's got 8 negs for deadbeating.. And rather than depending on SH reading a CC and checking this character's FB, you might also email SH directly to suggest this person be NARU'd. Worked for me.
