Well with a little help i was able to fins them. Looking for these good deals i have heard about , was i ever surpised to see that 90% of the site charging extra fees for money orders on top of there shipping. I reported it to ebay and guess what they said...they saw nothing wrong with it !!! So i told them it was ok to add fees above shipping to your auction like paypal..Well they got back to me in 10 minutes ...said they reviewed the auction again...!!! AND IT WAS VOLILATING THE AUCTION

I will repeat this again. There are legitimate DVDs available from Hong Kong. They are not all VCD rips. Do not paint all of the DVDs with the same brush.

EastWest, as long as the seller puts it in their TOS, there should be no reason that they cannot add on fees for whatever they want. You as a buyer are free to choose to use their services or not.

I do think it's crazy for them to add on a fee for m.o.s but it may be necessary due to their bank's rules regarding foreign currency. Too, many sellers hide extra costs (post office trips, packing, handling, etc) in the minimum bid price of an item. I think that sellers that inform you up front that there may be additional costs are doing the buyers a favor. They're not trying to hide anything. If they were this to the buyer AFTER the transaction, it would be a different situation.

My banks and all others that I ever dealt with charge a fee for processing a money issued from a foreign country.

I'll bet the DVD seller has a bank that does the same.
