Your garden variety dummy that I am, I have to ask how to get the repeating info filled in for the template....the boring checks take x to clear, ship in x days, etc. Can't seem to figure this little gem out. I chose the template, but don't know where to go next. All the FAQ stuff answers everything but what I need. Would somebody be so kind as to help me. It's probably right under my nose, but I'm still in the post Christmas fog and can't see it. Thanks to all you veterans.

Hi, I use Auction Manager Pro. The place you want to go is under the edit drop down menu and then Preferences. This will bring up a list of all of your preferences - under "seller options" is "listing options". There is a box in which you can type your default listing text. This is where you put all that 'stuff' that never changes.

Just remember that it shows up on every auction!

Happy New Year!

Hi, I also wanted to let you know that the above information is the offline listing tool. You can, however, do it through the Auction Watch website as well.

Go to the tab that says "My Account". Then click on "Seller Preferences". If you scroll to the bottom of this page you will see a section called "Auction Listing Options". Under this section is a box for 'Default Listing Text'. You can enter the information here.

If you use AM Pro this information will synch between the online and the offline software. You can enter it in either place (or modify it) and on the next synch it will make sure that the information matches and will appear on all future auctions launched using AW.

Hope this helps!

Your Welcome! I'm just amazed that I could actually help someone else out - I usually learn so much from these posts.

I'm surprised that nobody else beat me to it!
