I was just wondering if it was possible to feature an auction in 2 categories. Also, would the fees be 19.95X2

I haven't done it but I believe that the answer is yes to both questions. That is the way the 'yellow highlighting' feature works. I have used that. Yellow in both categories and a $5 x 2 = $10 fee.
