I mailed a few packages, but for some reason UPS delivered a extra package to one of my buyers. This went to Tenn. it was suppost to go to MI, It was address correctly and I always put address on the box in black marker and the receipt I have shows where it was suppost to go. The people who did get the package emailed me about it and I have emailed them a few times now with no reply, the winning bidder of the package has been great about this , my question is what happens if it does not get returned to the right person, do I refund? does UPS? or the place that took the shipping order?

UPS shipments are all insured for a minimum of $100. What does the UPS site show for the tracking number for this package? UPS should pay off if the package isn't returned, unless they somehow managed to show that the item was delivered to the correct address. However, since the bar codes are all scanned on delivery, the UPS route showing the delivery scan should verify that it was not delivered in the correct state.
I believe that you can contact UPS and have them pick up the package for delivery to the correct address. However, if the person who received it can't be reached to arrange this, the pick up issue could be a real problem.
