Just went to check on my fraud report that I had submited over 2 1/2 months ago and noticed it has been closed. I have recived no reply from e-bay on this and yes I met all the timelines and sent in all the proper paperwork regarding the transaction.
Could perhaps someone who has been through this give me some pointers on what perhaps is going on?

Your post came at the right time. Another user was on one of eBay's boards yesterday with this same problem. An eBay employee, Gianni, asked that user to e-mail him with the details and he would look into it. I'm sure he would do the same for you. His e-mail is [email protected]. Good luck!

The user I referred to above came back and posted the phone # for Lloyd's of London claims made through Safe Harbor. The company handling the claims is Cyno-Sure Financial and their telephone # is 810-771-3334.

Thanks so much for the info, safe harbor replied that they close all on-line fraud reports within 30 days and they checked up on my claim with lloyds of london and said it was in the process of being looked at.
