I Had a problem while printing stamps with Stamps.com printed my frist label stamp great
the other day no problem.
Tonight I went to print postage again wanted to use the same sheet second row on the sheet of labels well frist time the printer didnt pick up the sheet printing started and then anounced the printer was out of paper well not knowing better I canceled the print reajusted the sheet and tried to print again the label started in nicely then just rolledup before it started printing I had to stop the print to unjam the print which was screaming out of paper again.
well the long and the short of this I was charge for three stamps that never printed Stamps.com missprinted postage refund request requires physical proof My quetion in this case I have no proof other then a partly used up sheet of labels partly use a bit wrinkled and sorta curled and rolled on the edges do I send this blank wrinkled sheet as proof ???
I am quetioning this because one of the reason you can give is computer crashed not sure how you send physical proof of printer jam ups and computer crashes.
Also some advice from someone who's been doing this a while as how to print partly used sheets with out jamups do you print the sheet of ten from the center frist to the top and then flip the sheet over and print from the center on that side to the top what is the secert here labels are to exspensive to use only 4 of ten and toss them out.
Any way I could use help on both of these problems thanks.

I've had that happen also. I just call them immediately and explain and they've always credited me immediately without me having to mail them anything.
As far as labels, I use the sheets of 10 labels per sheet of size 2x4 labels. I print the 1st row first, then I flip it over and print the 4th row, then 3rd, then 2nd, then 1st last. I very rarely have a problem with jamming labels when I do it this way.

It seems that Stamps.com is very easy to work with. I was always able to get a refund for bad print runs. I usually eat the $.33 envelope since it costs $.33 to mail the form.
I print the last row of labels first then move up the page. That leaves a good label always at the top - no jams since I figured that out.
