I have been using CCNow for over a year now but I am thinking about switching to PayPal now;

What I'd like to know is, is there a way of withdrawing funds by check without adding a bank account? PayPal asked me to send some bills as proof, I don't know if this hassle is necessary though. After all, the man is only trying to get his own money back to himself, money that would accumulate from auction sales etc.

Also lets say someone has opened a Paypal account but is unwilling to add a bank account, and if he received over $250 in the PayPal account, what does PayPal do with the money, since Paypal needs all this documentation to send a check to the registered address? Remember, if it is less than $250, you can always spend it, but I believe PayPal has a spending limit of $250 for unverified accounts.

Perhaps I should stick to CCNow and 9%
