Check This Out!!!!! I had an auction end @ $169.00. I sent buyer an email detailing cost of shipping etc. She responded within a couple of hours saying she would mail out a mo the next day AND gave me her name and address. Two weeks and nothing. I emailed her again, she said, "I'll send pmt out monday ( this was friday). another week passes. I email her again, she says " I sent it out thurs. " Another week passes, Iask her what is going on. She replies "I sent out a bunch of checks for ebay, let me know what the amt, is and I'll try and find out what happened to it. STILL NOTHING. I emailed her again, she says " There must be a mistake, I never bid on that item " I then forewarded all emails to her that she had sent to me about payment ( includine EOA notice )etc. She then tells me that she had already received the so- and- so item she bid on and mine was not the one!!!! If she wasn't half a continent away, I'd go kick her ass!!!!

That is exactly how I feel, as a matter of fact lets make a stop along the way to see my dead beat bidder who pulled the same thing. Email after email no ans. and when she felt like it she would ans. with it's in the mail. Well 45 days later no payment, no contact so I filed a NPB Alert. Still no response from her, on the day I gave her a Neg. feedback she emails me with, YOU DID THIS TO ME ON SPITE, Well you don't need to hear what I told her, I'm sure you can figure it out. Today I filed for a Credit request, Now I receive a Fedx with her payment, I told her I would send it back to her, in due timeeeeeeeeee.
Some of the Ebay Buyers really can make you crazy.
After this one I am changing my ways. No more nice guy, You either follow my policy or you take responsablity for your actions.
