ok, my turn to vent.....I HATE blatantly misleading descriptions by sellers.
I just went to bid on an item , actually the titles says "100 widgets" , Then when I read the description, it says "you are bidding on ONE bag of 25, but you may bid up to 4 bags OR 100" ....Is this confusing or what......The title clearly says 100....I can't blame it on their being a newbie seller either, they have almost 500 feedback but you would think this kind of listing would cause them trouble ...I sure would have been P___SD if i had bid on a bag of 100 (or so i thought) and ended up with 25....

Forgive my dumb question, but shouldn't this be listed as a Dutch Auction? It sure is misleading!

I see this alot, but figure it's a good ploy for the seller to get you to look. I don;t have to bid if it's not what I want. Look at some of those TV ads...now that's misleading.

I've seen that type of listing frequently on dutch auctions and have almost been duped. I really hate that a seller can advertise in his listing "One Hundred Widgets" and in his description say I have one hundred, but your bid is only for one!
