Can you tell me how to make my Netscape emails come already opened? I don'nt like that little package thing where I have to open it. My Lady says she don't know either!

do you mean in the already read mode or status?

i would not recommend that. if you have an attachment with a virus on it, it'll infect your computer.

i use netscape mail, and i looked all through the menu items, including in edit>preferences, but i couldn't find anything.

Heck I don't know! I had them coming in already open and I did something accidently and all of a sudden they have to be opened. I dont know what I did!

i would just leave it alone. you and your computer are much safer this way. a lot of worms and viruses are spread by opening up emails.

do you have an anti-virus package? are the definitions updated?

Go to View menu at the top of your email client, choose current view, preview pane.
