I know this has been discussed here numerous times, but I can't find the threads. I sell collectibles under one ID. I want to start selling misc. items under another ID. Can I use my feedback from my first seller ID? How do I do this? Thanks

NO.

The only way to move FB to the new ID would be to quit using the old one and replace it with the new one. If you start a new ID, it starts with zero FB.
