I don't get one 'cause I keep my account empty.
That's OK I can just see presenting it for a big purchase a half hour after someone makes a fraud complaint. Just like that TV commercial where the fellow announces the bounce to the whole restaurant.

I got my debit card too. Never kept much of a balance with Paypal either, but now I will use it for postage, wholesale purchases and possibly ebay's monthly charges. Will save a lot of work doing transfers and bookeeping. And I get interest on the balance that sits there.
Of course I am aware of the dangers of someone doing a chargeback which could create temporary problems. That's why customer service is so important to a seller like me, solve the problem, I say, and get on to the next auction!
