About a year ago, an individual purchased a couple items from me and sent the payment. They then purchased another item while other payment was on the way and wanted to add that item to the other purchases. I agreed. First payment arrived but second payment didn't. I e-mailed a few times but got no response. A couple weeks later he asked if the original two items had shipped yet. I replied that I was still waiting for other payment. They said sorry, they forgot and it would be sent out immediately. So I waited...and waited...and waited. I e-mailed to no avail.
It was soon after that that I moved. The info about all that got lost and in the process, I forgot about it. Well, the other day I ran across most of the info! Then I found the items he ordered! What do I do? I cannot find his e-mail address or username.

Send him the first, paid for, item and relist the other. It's been a year, so I really doubt that he'll send payment for the second item at this late date.

So what if they are, they can't leave feedback after a year. It was mostly their fault anyway for not paying OR keeping in touch.
