Does anyone know if SafeHarbor covers sellers who get scammed on Ebay? I've actually had two instances in the last week (first two ones like it too). One was a check that bounced, but took longer than it should have to do so, so item was sent. Another one was a bad money order. Items have been sent, but now I've got no money for these. I know it can be called a 'risk of doing business', but if Ebay is so quick to defend their buyers, how about the sellers? Too much of this could cause sellers to stay away.

As far as Ebay is concerned, you are limited to filing for FVF fee credit and leaving negative feedback. However, both individuals are guilty of mail fraud, and writing bad checks is also a prosecutable offense. Check out this website to see what your options may be:
