has anyone gotten their "listing" and "final" fees refunded from the last (about 1 to 1 1/2 weeks ago)hard outage?,,,,,,,providing you feel your auctions were "adversly affected"

LMAO...
I requested credit, and they replied that since I still had 28 hours left on my auction, that in "their opinion" my auctions were not affected at all, and that no credit would be given...

they had a "hard" outage on the 22nd that was well over the 2 hour limit, something like 4-5 hours as i recall, i'm surprised more people are not interested in getting their fees back. here is the thread: http://www.auctionwatch.com/mesg/read.html?num=2&thread=319351
