My first bid cancellation. Administrative cancellation, what does it mean? Thanks diane

I had 18 bid "administrative" bid retractions today. The bidder had won 5 auctions prior to the retractions, so I have a real mess. Maybe the same person did it to both of us? I've contacted ebay for explanation, but no reply yet.

Administrative cancellations are done by Ebay. Possibly the buyer was NARU'd.
