Actually this benefit auction was for the show that aired last night
Because you have linked to an auction and identified a seller, please send a courtesy invitation to the seller. We will waive the 24 hour lock down of the thread because this is a public person doing a charity auction (like Rosie, only different). Hey, maybe Bill himself will stop by!

The winning bidder was Darrin B. Farrow, a 35 year old man from Westlake, Ohio, a well-to-do suburb of Cleveland. He owns Farrow and Assoc., a financial consulting and investment firm.
Interviewed by the local rag, he stated that the cost of the auction, $47,000, was cheaper than the 30 second commercial at $25,000 that he was contemplating purchasing. He was willing to bid up to $100,000 and was surprised that he won so cheaply.
His picture was in the paper and he is an attractive man, hence his sideline - modeling. He has appeared in ads for Gucci and others.
He was happy to learn that another Clevelander would be a guest on the show, Drew Carey. And, he is a Republican.

It WAS on tonight (Friday), and he was an interesting character to say the least.....I will say that he had DEFINITELY done his homework!

Personally I hoped the seat would have been bought by a Grass-Roots orginization with something important to say...I am disgusted that the winner turned out to be a shirtless male model trying to sell his poster..
