I have maintained a verified personal account with PayPal for nearly a year with no problems up until last night.
Two buyers sent me payments via PayPal however they were informed I was not a registered user. HELLO!!! I have been for nearly a year. PayPal's new rule states to maintain a personal account you cannot exceed $100.00. Fine, the two sales doesn't amount to $40.00.
So now what? Does anyone out there have any suggests on how to proceed with this situation?

Since it is 2 different buyers I am not sure this would be the problem but it is a good possibility.
Ask them to go back to paypal and cancel the first payment and repay, being very careful to verify your email address. If they have an extra ., space comma, anything, it will not see it as your id.
Hope you can get it figured out. This has always been the problem with my lost payments, so far anyway.
