Here is the example - I send Sally an email. Sally decides to forward that email on to Russ. Is there a way for me to know that she has forwarded the email to someone else and to whom it has been sent too? Is there a tracer type program or some sort of software that would be available to do that? Thanks for the help!

NO, there is not.

Unless, of course, you manage to get Sally to install some spyware on her system that emails YOU with a summary of her internet activity.
