I've lost patience with the bug-ridden Ebud and have my eye on Auction Amigo Pro as a replacement. Trouble is, I can't seem to get Invenna's customer support to grace me with an email (I sent them two emails over a week ago). Despite the lack of response, AAPro looks good and I'm inclined to buy it, but wanted to know:

1) Does it print mailing labels?
2) Does the bulk uploader allow listing in batches, or do saved auctions have to be uploaded individually?
3) I don't see a listing template that places the images on the bottom; am I missing it, or is there some way to create such a template?

Also, how *is* their customer support? They're batting 1000 with me.

I'm surprised that you have not gotten a response!

It does not print labels--it prints you a packing list with a short letter to the customer & your return address & their mailing address, which you cut out & tape onto your package (unless you use those sticky peel-off paper label thingies.) The top half of the sheet is the letter & the bottom half is your "shipping label".

You can save auctions in your outbox & send them in bulk all at once.

The "html/plain text" template is set up with the text on top & pics on the bottom.
All the others have pics in a column on the left side or above your text.

You can always download it for free & play around with it. If it isn't what you need you can just kill it. I love the program--but it is the only non-web-based listing program I have used & I list on a small scale. Simple to use & saves me loads of time!

Does the bulk uploader allow listing in batches, or do saved auctions have to be uploaded individually?

1) All that are in the outbox at one time.

or

2) One at a time.

You cannot, however, list some in the outbox at one time, while saving others for later.

For example- if you have 50 auctions in your outbox, you can "Send All", and list all 50 auctions at one time automatically. You can also select an auction individually and "Send" it to list just the one auction. You cannot select 25 of the auctions and list them all at one time, while leaving the other 25 auctions for later.

I have 5 days left on my trial version and I'm DEFINATELY buying it. I love that I can export all of the info from it into MS Works.

Thanks guys. It definitely sounds promising, though I'd like it a whole lot better if it printed labels.

I'll do some experimenting; maybe I can cut + paste.

Thanks again!

If you click on the button to Edit the Packing List, it will open it up in Word (at least on my machine). You could then copy the address into a label template and print it out.

Now, does anyone know a way to use AAPro to manage 2 different selling ID's? Do I have to install on 2 different computers? I am getting no reply from Invenna on the matter.
Thanks!
