Ha ha. Very funny. Seinfeld seems to think ebay is full of garbage. Its skits like this that make new potential bidders, who would be OUR CUSTOMERS, think ebay is nothing but junk. I dont sell junk, Mr Seinfeld.

Wonder if this is part of the reason sales are way down. Sure it is. All everyone hears about is the junk, the rate hikes, the rip offs, the scams...all from news, comedians, talk show hosts. Never the "I found a JAMS WORLD dress, brand new with the tags and won it for 10 bucks when they run 65.00 and up in a shop", or "I scored a 3 pc Carole Little for 25 bucks, versus 250.00 in a department store", or better yet, "I got the book I have been looking for for years, that my dad read to me when I was a kid...and Im so happy".

Nah, lets just lump all of what is on ebay as garbage. Humph.

While there is a lot of second-rate stuff sold on eBay in the manner of web-based gargage sale, there are lots of people who just can't comprehend that you can get great deals. Or they can make money by bad-mouthing us so they don't need a bargain.

That's fine--the rest of us can reap the benefits.
