Hi!
I've never done this before and have been on ebay almost 3 yrs.
I received a shipment of really crummy pens I bought from tradeout(I think that is what it's called when they sell in bulk?)
They skip when you write with them and feel like they are 'scratching' the paper. The ink smears easily as well.(Kinda like writing with an old fashion Quill pen!).
So I looked on PAYPAL on how to reverse my payment and it says I can't because it has been completed.
Any help here? This is a $60 deal and not cheap to me

I am sorry to tell you this but there is no way (and there shouldn't be) to reverse a paypal payment. Paypal is a service. They provide a service to you of sending your money where you tell them to send it. If you had bought a money order at the Post Office and used it to pay for these pens, would you ask the Post Office for your money back? Your problem is with the seller and should be worked out with him. You can complain to Paypal and they might contact the seller for you, but this is not their obligation.

I guess this is how chargebacks start on PayPal. Ask the seller if he is willing to refund your money upon the return of the product. It always works with me.
