This is a popular salaryman (businessman) manga. It is about a businessman. The title is " Manager Kosaku Shima ". I personally don't know a thing about it, my Japanese friend gave me a quick translation. Hope it helps.

It's called Division Chief Kosaku Shima. It's aimed at older men. Shima is in his forties, has a younger girlfriend in her late twenties/early thirties, and has a secretary who likes him who's father is a yakuza boss. It's about his business dealings and his career.
