Hi!
I have Prodigy. And for no reason, all of a sudden my email (Outlook Express) says that it wants my password. So I try and enter it and no matter WHAT I do it won't let me retrieve my mail.
I mean, I was online when this occurred...I usually only click on send and receive and there is my email...
How could this all of a sudden happen? How can I fix it? How can I get my email?
Thanks guys...I'm so flustered.
(This has to do with ebay coz I can't email my winners).

I also use prodigy. I also had the same problem. But on my home page when I logged on it stated that some prodigy members might have a problem for a short time to get their e-mail to try again later. Well I checked a few minutes ago and I was able to get it with no problem. I hope this helps.

I was using this the past couple of weeks because I had a different problem with Outlook Express. (which is finally fixed!)
