i am having a problem . i do not use aol but my customers who are aol users are not getting my mail. i have created a hotmail account to reach them. anyone know if this is an aol problem and who do i contact.

I have the same problem, using both Hotmail and my ISP (gateway.net). My friends, family, and bidders that use AOl often don't get my emails. If I notice that my high bidder is using AOL, I usually send a duplicate email using the "email auction to a friend" link. I'm sure I look like a spazz, but better safe then sorry

I have had this happen a few times. If there is no responce, just send it again.
