I purchased an item -- seller sent me the wrong item, they agreed to a full refund including postage. They got the item back 4 days ago -- confirmation receipt. Now they will not reply to my e-mails -- by the way I used Paypal, so they said they would refund by Paypal, but have not. How long should I wait, before I take it further? Thanks you!!

Give them a few days. Maybe they did not work on the weekend and maybe they were busy today sending mail out. Who knows. Just give them a few days. If you don't hear from them by Wensday you should email them again and tell them you have no choice but to report them to PayPal and eBay. That should get a response. As I said though, don't assume they are bad people. I contact my bidders in minutes, or at the most hours after they email me. I never take longer than 2 hours to respond to emails unless I am out somewhere. So, they may just be busy. Good luck!

I have had this happen to me. I bought something and the guy sent the wrong one. A few days later, I got the right item. I was also given back money to ship the other item.

Go to PayPal and make a request for money!
At least you will then know that they know that you haven't forgotten they promised you a refund!!!
Clear as mud right?
edited to add: don't forget your postage!
