Do you think eBay was thinking ahead (gasp) when they instituted this pre-approved bidder list deal?

Think about it - they don't want offsite sales. They first come along with BIN, which helps them in that endeaver, scares the bejesus out of people so they use it, then comes along the pre-approved bidder list, so when an offsite deal is made using BIN ONLY that person can bid on it!

Makes sense to me, but I'm no expert.
