Sort of down.

www.paypal.com wouldn't connect for me either. Try www.x.com it seems to be working fine. Curious

Nope... can't log on with www.x.com so I guess they are down.

Seems to be working fine for me now. Maybe it was the coffee that did it.

Paypal is better down than up.
