Ebay changed their TOS, now you need +50 FB to post a Dutch auction. All I know is that it is not too hard to get a +50, there are a lot of $1 and under auctions on Ebay. Plus, you now have a pretty high feedback, lowering the guard of potential people that you are going to rip off.
Basically, if you are out to rip someone off, there isn't much Ebay can do to stop you.

How much longer is ebay, auction watch, paypal etc.going to keep changing the rules we have to play by?? I run at least 1 dutch auction a week and have well over 400 feedbacks so this will not affect me. but I know people who only have 25-30 feedbacks that have been on ebay for over a year who will not be able to have a dutch auction anymore. with the amount of feedback left for sellers and bidders It could take a year to get 50 feedbacks. I have had over 75 transactions since jan 1 and I only received maybe 40 feedacks. someone who has 2-3 auctions per week could wait over a year.
