I, like a lot of you have looked around at other auction management services, Amigo and Activa. Yeah, I had some time to burn this morning so I checked em out. They don't compare to AW. No, I don't agree with the 1% final value, and I'm going to figure out if the $200 year fee and .05 listing makes sense for me. But back to my point....
I found the other services....well......clunky compared to AW. One I had so much trouble understanding, you have to click here to post, click here to check your auction....ugh. The other, I kept running into runtime errors. I guess I just got spoiled by the convinence of AW, and the fun of the message boards. I'll move on to figure out the $200 yearly, etc. Just my luck, I was planning on moving into auctioning as more than a part time thing in April. Talk about bad timing! I wish I could have the $200 yearly, no listing fee or the .05 listing with no FVF. Mark, would you consider that? Regards, Sue

I'm with you Sue. I expected to be charged a fee for a great service. I don't mind the .05 charge at all. The 1% part is what is over the top IMHO.

Hello folks!
Per Mark's post (in his Announcement thread this forum ) if you have unique questions about the fees to post in the Services forum, otherwise, please post in his announcement thread to comment on the fees.
Thanks for your cooperation. It's just easier to keep all the suggestions and comments organized in one thread.
I will lock this one up. We don't want AW threads to dominate the Ebay Outlook forum.
