I have been unable to log into PayPal all day. Is anyone else having trouble or is it just me?

Ealier today it kept telling me it didn't recognize my email or password but finally let me in.

Hi,

I have been able to access the site.

Please try:
1. Clear your cache
2. Make sure you are working off of the latest version of your browser.

In addition---the ISP you access from may have connectivity issues to our host (these are generally very temporary).

Geez, haven't you seen the Microsoft ads lately? ISPs aren't supposed to have feelings, much less "issues" with each other.

I can't get in at all. Ever since they announced the "shops" I haven't been able to, but I did get noticed that I have gotten money!

Cache cleared....
been tryin to get in from two DIFFERENT computers at two DIFFERENT locations!
This is the second time that this has happened in the past three days! If it is in fact the new "Shops" - one would have thought that they would have prepared for the increased traffic BEFORE starting the program. I am considering moving all my money on deposit at PayPal and using a completely different service.
This is UNSATISFACTORY = to not be able to access one's own cash!
