Trey,
I am in the process of ordering inventory so I can sell on the web page. I don't want to order then sit on it because I have no venue for sales. Do you recommend any programs that do web design then upload to fatcow.com
I am so new at this it seems a daunting task. I could contract a web designer, but that also leaves me no way to modify, and update because I never learned. I don't want to get into the whole learning html, flash, etc.... , but if i have to I will. Are you a member of fat cow?
by the way, your web site looked GREAT. would like the same as what you have. really basic. my sites name is registered with fat cow. as www.innovativealternatives.com
but you can't get to it until internic gives the ok. who knows how long that will take. I am afraid that I just spent 100.00 and won't be able to figure out this whole ftp, loading and all the stuff they have since its really technical for me. eeeekkkk.
really at a quandry here.
e-mail me if you wish. [email protected]
thanks heaps.

Don't worry - everything will go just fine. I went through the same fears/worries/doubts/anxieties a few weeks ago. I created my web page with Sierra's Complete Web Studio and just uploaded it to fatcow. I will be adding the shopping cart feature to my site later, but for now it does everything I want. The nice thing is that I never have to worry about my images not showing up in the auction, etc. The money was well spent. By the way it only took a couple days for internic to clear our name.

innovativealternatives,
There is so much to tell here, I will send you an email.
gk4495,
I checked out your webpage, you might need to make the resolution smaller because you have to scroll from left to right to see everything on a smaller setting.

innovativealternatives: As your AW handle suggests, I think you will find some innovative alternatives for creating a webpage. There are lots of tutorial and site builder webpages out there, so don't despair.
You may need to wait until fatcow completes the domain transfer from Network Solutions. Until then, just use the set of numbers they sent you in your registration confirmation notice to access your site.
Once you put up a webpage you will have to go in and change the index file to the page you have created. Then, when the domain transfer is complete you will be able to access your site by typing the domain name.
Here is a link to just one of many webpage template sites to help you get started. Good luck.
(You will need to register to use this site. For those looking for 15 megs of free webspace and a homepage, this site has a lot to offer.)
