SA support hasn't been good.
Best bet is to do some self-help by reading the many posts on the Blackthorn discussion board- if you're having a problem, others are as well. John Slocum and the old Blackthorn tech folks post there daily, responding to folks' problems.
Also, check to see that you've got the most current patch (Dated 3/29 for both Pro and Basic), and that you've updated your server settings using the File:Maintenance function.
Some of the error messages refer to contacting phone support, which apparently doesn't exist. Mail to [email protected] is mostly unanswered, or yeilds canned and unhelpful answers. There is a forum on eBay's boards, but the single tech who responds there is expert in Mister Lister, only.
