I had an auction on Friday end with a very high dollar amount. I didn't realize the winning bidder was a past dead beat who in the past won this item but never paid. He keeps changing his User ID and email address.

Do I have to sell this item to him? He has ten days to pay but in the past all I get are excuses. Really lame ones! I plan on blocking him from my future auctions but is there anything I do now?

I've not been in this situation, but people DO change sometimes! (Yeah, I guess I'm an optomist...) You might treat him as any other customer, but don't cut him any slack. If he starts to make an excuse, politely restate your TOS. If that doesn't get him to pay, file NPB and FVF at the first opportunity, and resell the item.

Without eBay, I might have a real life...

I am really surprised this guy is still registered. He burned other sellers over the same item. I will give him the ten days to pay but if the payment doesn't arrive, I will start the process to collect my fees.
