Hey, redskinfan! That's great! I was so surprised and pleased when they removed that neutral I got a week or so ago from that bidder that put the same exact feedback on your and a whole bunch of other sellers' records. I just emailed then and told them why I thought it should be removed and asked nicely and they took it off and confirmed it by email too.
