I have a buyer who won 3 auctions, about 5 weeks ago (if not more) - he lives in Hong Kong, so I was giving him the benefit of the doubt on the "slow mail". Anyway, never received payment, filed NPBA and FVF and went to leave negatives and he is NARU'd. Can he leave negatives for me now that he is NARU'd? That's gonna suck to have 3 bright, shiny, new negatives if he can.

Not while he's NARU'd, but I'd keep an eye out for his return. If he gets reinstated he can.
