Quite awhile back, eBay said it was going to improve its feedback system by implimenting new changes. The new system would address things such as "retaliatory feedback", etc. Does anyone know when these new changes are supposed to take place?

The chances of this happening any time soon are:
(1) slim
(2) fat
and
(3)none
only ZOOMIN here
