Hello FancyMama,

eBay does not provide any service or support via phone. Only email.

If your buyer has made a threat of physical harm I believe this is best handled by referring it to the local police.

If you have some documentation of the threat (an email for example or a recorded voice mail) I believe you should also report the threat to eBay at the safeharbor email address as threats like that are violations of eBay's TOS. At the very least this person is abusing the contact info guidelines.

Forward all of his emails to [email protected] and CC them to [email protected].

Did eBay email you giving you 24 hrs to change your contact info, before they suspended you?

Sorry to hear about your situation, best of luck in dealing with this person.

You really need to contact your local police if this person is threatening you in this manner. Your eBay situation is secondary at this point!

Take others' advice...forward all correspondence from this nutcase to Safe Harbor and timesensitive, AND call the cops to report this. And DO NOT respond to any emails, calls, etc. Put on your answering machine and screen your calls. I wouldn't even send the refund at this point--I'd wait until things have cooled off. It sounds like you've run into a real psycho, and nothing will satisfy him. Protect yourself first and worry about the details later.
