From the eBay announcement board...
"From Thursday night, April 19th, to early Friday morning, April 20th, we will be performing the largest and most important of these infrastructure changes. We will be starting our regularly scheduled maintenance two hours earlier, and extending it by one hour. The eBay site will be unavailable from 2300 PDT on Thursday the 19th until 0400 PDT on Friday the 20th."
