Hi...I have been dealing with this seller who is selling fake autographed photos and cards of a deceased race car driver...I am not the only one who has been taken by this person. In the last 6 days the seller has received 6 negatives with a total now of 7. How can she stay on EBAY? The seller did not give EBAY a good phone number because when I requested this person's information, the number was disconnected??!?! I have filed a fraud report with EBAY, but how can I get them to seriously look at her account? The seller can not authenticate these autographs, and they are grossly inaccurate..Thanks everyone for taking the time to read this...

First of all if the phone number is invalid and you report it that should shut her down right away. Turn her in to Safeharbor

The advice you've been given is correct ~ report that the contact info is not valid, she will be NARU'ed.
The only problem with that is she will not be able to get any more neg's for her bogus signatures, she will just become suspended for 30 days.
If she is a "good" crook, she will just create a new ID.
coupla glitches in the system, eh?
Sorry you got burned!!
