I have a buyer that I need help with. He didn't respond to WBN-didn't respond to my emails-in fact, hasn't bothered to read them. Finally sends MO. I get item boxed up and look for his address on MO. Can't read it. Have no clue what his street name is. Since he won't answer emails-what do I do now?

Just hang on to his item until he contacts YOU. If he's not answering his emails and didn't bother to email you with his address, or bothered to send you a LEGIBLE address.. it's his problem. He will contact you eventually. And when he does, forward him your emails you sent him that went unanswered by him.

When you get the phone # from the buyer's user info, log on to www.reversephonedirectory.com and you can run an address check with the phone #

You could also try www.whowhere.com or www.anywho.com for a reverse lookup. Bear in mind that if the person does not have their address listed in their local phone directory (or if they have a non-published number), you won't be able to get it off the internet (mine just shows up as city and state).
