I suggest looking into AuctionTrakker. Their Inventory and Posting module allows you to Post your auction any number of times you want automatically. So, if you want the same item relisted on Sunday at 6pm for next 10 consecutive Sundays, you can do that. It will know which auctions did not receive bids and re-list those first to be eligible for re-list credit.
